Port Benidorm Hotel & Spa 4* Sup, Benidorm

My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The rooms were faultless, with a lovely bathroom, modern decor, and a balcony offering a stunning view of the beach and Benidorm from the 15th floor. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues with other people's body hair on the floors. The fantastic food, great staff, entertaining activities, and ample seating made my holiday truly enjoyable. I can't wait to return, especially for the high rooms with the best view of all of Benidorm.

The hotel has a mix of positive and negative points. The rooms get the sun in the afternoon on the balcony and have a clever system in the lifts for easy navigation, but reception lacks friendliness. The food offers plenty of choices, even though it might not be piping hot. The hotel's location near the beach and city with various activities is great, yet there are issues with the glass bathrooms and inconvenient lifts. The dining experience, although not perfect, offers some amazing options.

I absolutely love this hotel! The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. The dining room is clean and the food is good with something for everyone. I've been here twice already, and I will definitely stay again. Keep up the good work!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were so cool with a fantastic sea view from the balcony, and they were large enough with fabulous views of the beach and mountains. The only quirk was the glass door where you could see each other on the toilet and in the shower, which was a bit unusual but not a big deal. The food was yummy, making it the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

The hotel is spotless and in a great location with good food options, though the evening entertainment can be hit or miss. The modern rooms were clean and comfortable, and the lifts were helpful for guests with mobility issues. The dining experience seemed inadequate, leading to dining outside most of the time.
